If you are unhappy with your zabé purchase from our website, we will gladly exchange it for another piece of zabé jewellery or issue a refund. See details below.

Refunds
Refunds for purchases made online can be requested be emailing info@zabe.com.au

Contact must be made with zabé within 7 days of receiving your order. In order to receive a refund for ‘change of mind’, a member of the zabé team must be satisfied that the item has not been worn, and has been returned in its original state. Zabé reserves the right to refuse a refund if we believe the item has been damaged, or worn prior to being returned.

zabé recommends that you send all returns by Registered Post, as a return that is lost in transit will not be the responsibility of zabé.

zabé reserves the right to assess the zabé piece on return and make the final decision at it’s discretion.

Return bank details

In the event that your return requires a refund of funds, money will only be deposited into the account in which the item was purchased. Refunds requested to be returned to alternative accounts will be refused as per advice from our banking institution to prevent fraudulent purchases.

If you find a fault with your zabé jewellery

If the fault is deemed a manufacturing fault, and if returned within 7 days of finding the fault we will happily exchange the item if we still have it in stock, refund your money or we may need to repair it if the item is no longer in stock.

In all cases, zabé will contact you with the result upon receipt of your faulty item. Please post the faulty item back with proof of purchase and your zabé Refund request form.

Earrings

If you have changed your mind after purchasing earrings, for hygienic reasons we cannot offer you an exchange or refund, unless there is a manufacturing fault.
